Our Story

Women’s Health matters

Caitlin Daley Physio strives to care for women across all life stages.

In 2017, following further post-graduate study in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, Caitlin opened her own business in Waratah, New South Wales.

Caitlin’s goal was to provide her clients with excellent Physiotherapy care and support them to live a full and healthy life.

Having access to a gym significantly improved patients outcomes; improving long-term strength, mobility, and confidence.

By 2024 Caitlin Daley Physio had grown, and they welcomed Steph to the business.
Stephs’ interest in Women’s Health Physiotherapy started with her own health journey, and witnessing her sisters transition into Motherhood.

I love nothing more than helping my clients recover from injury so they can get back to doing what they love…

Meet Caity

Mum, Movement Coach, Physiotherapist and Teacher.

My passion is exercise and women’s health.

I have two beautiful daughters, and outside of work I enjoy drinking coffee, doing handstands, and running along Newcastle’s beautiful coastline with my husband Warren.

I hold a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (honors), a Post Graduate Certificate (Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy), and a Professional Certificate in Prolapse Management.

My speciality in women's health involves treating conditions related to the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles.

I commonly treat incontinence, prolapse, sexual pain, endometriosis, overactive bladder and conditions specific to pregnancy and postpartum such as pelvic girdle pain, abdominal separation, and caesarean section.

I am certified to provide pessary care to women with confirmed prolapse diagnosis who are willing to self-care for their pessary.

I can also perform trans-perineal and trans-abdominal ultrasound, offering women a non-invasive assessment of their pelvic floor and abdominal muscle function.

I am extremely fortunate to work with my patients in person, and also online.
