High quality, medical grade silicone pessaries are only fitted to patients who attend a pelvic floor physiotherapy appointment and meet the requirements for self-care pessary as per the guidelines.

YES VM - Vaginal Moisteriser product that is certified organic, and provides moisture to the vaginal tissue to assist with symptoms of low oestrogen during life stages such as postpartum breastfeeding, and menopause.

YES WB - water based lubricant that is certified organic and pH matched to the vagina, it is helpful when there is insufficient lubrication in the vagina during intimacy (self or partnered)

Pelvic wand for treatment to assist in the management of pelvic pain conditions such as overactive pelvic floor muscles
vaginal weights can be useful for those wishing to increase pelvic floor muscle strength, endurance or as a proprioception tool.
The Peritone device can be hired from clinic for $10 p/week. It is used as a Biofeedback tool, which assists people with pelvic floor muscle training (applicable to both overactive pelvic floor, and weakness).
Note an individual must purchase a vaginal probe (single use) to use with this device.
