ONLINE PROGRAMS

In 2023 whilst postpartum with my second daughter, Courtney approached me to develop a Strength and Conditioning program for women who wish to train in their pregnancy.

What we created was a program for Trimester 2 and 3, that not only keeps your strength and fitness, but actually prepares you for birth.

Following the success of our Pregnancy program we collaborated to develop the

Postpartum return to Training Program.

This program consists of 3 phases:
1. Re-patterning
2. Strength foundations
3. Return to impact and intensity

  • Demonstration videos + cues for every exercise

  • Structured program to help you intentionally train in your postnatal period

  • Achievable sessions designed to be effective for busy mums
